Position Summary

The Supply Chain Project Manager drives end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for product change initiatives across the business. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, strong alignment to business priorities, and successful delivery from concept through start of ship. The PM acts as the central supply chain lead, balancing speed, cost, and risk to achieve optimal outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Supply Chain representative on cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across manufacturing, planning, procurement, and logistics
  • Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies that deliver on project objectives (e.g., start of ship, cost, service, and risk mitigation)
  • Lead supply chain execution for product changes, ensuring successful activation through production and technical transfer
  • Drive strong coordination and communication across supply chain functions and key stakeholders
  • Facilitate project reviews, timelines, and updates across impacted sites and teams
  • Partner with SBU teams to ensure alignment between business and supply chain priorities
  • Manage supply chain feasibility assessments for new initiatives and product changes
  • Identify and recommend cost savings and optimization opportunities
  • Support speed-to-market initiatives while maintaining operational excellence
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Integration and resource teams to balance priorities and constraints
  • Promote best practices and process improvements to enhance execution efficiency
  • Act as a role model for collaboration, accountability, and high-performing team dynamics

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related function
  • Project management experience with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in production planning, inventory control, and/or operations planning
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business applications
  • Exposure to customer-facing or demand-related functions (Sales, Marketing, R&D) preferred
  • People leadership or informal leadership experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
